Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Linden Health Partners and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 918 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
