Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Wilder Construction is a Phoenix contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
