Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Philadelphia, PA)

Foxglove Basin Foods produces packaged foods at its Philadelphia plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
