Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Bridge Freight Group is a Orlando logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. We reward reliability. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
