Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fox Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
