Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Umber Foods Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
