Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Omaha, NE)

Clearpath Pine Housing manages affordable housing communities across Omaha. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
