Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Timber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Omaha region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
