Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Basin Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits.
