Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Junction Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Omaha. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
