Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Lantern Pharma develops and makes medicines in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 644 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
