Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Oakland, CA)

Rivermark Nest Markets is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 527 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. • Experience with an ERP system.
