Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Oakland, CA)

Greenridge Hollow Freight is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to carrier rates at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
