Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Oakland, CA)

Lumen Union Health Group is a healthcare provider in Oakland with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
