Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Oakland, CA)

Ironwood Fox Property Management manages apartment communities around Oakland. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 777 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Keep stock linked to resident events at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident events. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
