Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Oakland, CA)

Amberfield Loom Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Oakland. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Keep stock linked to classroom supplies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support classroom supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
