Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Oakland, CA)

Bluepeak Bright Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Oakland with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
