Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Iron Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around New Orleans, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
