Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Iron Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
