Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (New Orleans, LA)

Foxglove Vista Manufacturing makes precision components in New Orleans. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
