Westbrook Juniper Freight is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 876 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims.
