Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Nashville, TN)

Lumen Meadow Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Nashville plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
