Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Oak Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Nashville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep stock linked to ingredient orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
