Silverline Wilder Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing.
