Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Yarrow Health runs clinics and patient services around Nashville, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
