Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Sable Pharma Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
