Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Nashville, TN)

Summit Meadow Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Nashville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
