Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Nashville, TN)

Bluepeak Loom Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Nashville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
