Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Oak Health runs clinics and patient services around Nashville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
