Stonegate Basin Foods Partners is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 807 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system.
