Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Minneapolis, MN)

Redstone Orchard Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Minneapolis. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to proof of delivery at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support proof of delivery. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
