Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Milwaukee, WI)

Fernwood North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Milwaukee producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
