Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Clear Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Milwaukee area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system.
