Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Vale Manufacturing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 710 people based in Miami. What you will do • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
