Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Miami, FL)

Redstone Iron Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Miami, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Miami. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
