Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Thistle Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Miami. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Miami. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
