Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Willow Markets serves neighbourhoods around Miami with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Miami. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
