Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Miami, FL)

Harborlight Linden Facilities Partners is a facilities company in Miami with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 630 people based in Miami. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
