Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Memphis, TN)

Clearpath Lantern Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Memphis plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
