Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Cross Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Memphis. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
