Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Cobalt Pharma develops and makes medicines in Memphis, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 356 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
