Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Madison, WI)

Bright Hollow Foods is a Madison food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 357 people based in Madison. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
