Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Madison, WI)

Foxglove Quill Foods Group is a Madison food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
