Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Sparrow Foods is a Madison food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep stock linked to sanitation schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support sanitation schedules. • Experience with an ERP system.
