Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Madison, WI)

Stonegate West Farms is an agricultural business based around Madison, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people based in Madison. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
