Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Louisville, KY)

Foxglove Vale Markets serves neighbourhoods around Louisville with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to pricing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support pricing. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
