Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Thistle Press and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to print quotes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support print quotes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
