Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Granite Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Little Rock region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
