Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Thistle Early Learning Partners runs childcare centres in Little Rock caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
