Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Summit Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Little Rock. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
